Mouloukhieh Syrian

A traditional Syrian dish made with finely chopped moloukhieh leaves cooked with garlic and coriander, usually served with chicken or Beef, vermicelli rice, and lemon.

It has a rich, earthy taste and a slightly silky texture, and is especially popular in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and Egypt.
